way back when I offered them in a journal (I'm not taking any now!). Hope you like it!

Now that I have time, and college's less than a month away, I thought I might as well sit down, draw for a few hours and get this done finally

Seriously guys, I suck at traditional drawing -_- I practically cheated on this, having to scan it, enlarge it, and then print again (I draw really small). Had to redraw a bunch of times too (cuz there's no UNDO button)

Also, the scanner ate the colors Dx Ah, well.

I suck, plain and simple. Or rather, I don't have the patience for it. Going to art classes, doing charcoal right now, and I freaking HATE it. My legs hurt from standing for 2 hours =3= Maybe with watercolor and acrylic I'll find enjoyment, but until then... D:<

and you HATE it? Aww... shame, I mean, charcoal is pretty easy to control once you figure it out... it's one of my favorite mediums ^^ heh... well, you'll get used to the standing if you continue doing it for a while...

(hey, I tried with my latest pic, and the sketch was pretty big... okay, maybe 1/6th of a page isn't that big...

)

I spent 2 hours trying to position the objects correctly, just sketching the outlines -_- It was also after a long night in the Phans United iscribble chatroom, so I almost chucked the sketch out the window cuz it wasn't fanart related OR in color. Just a row of bottles... GREEN bottles that won't be green in charcoal ;_; But next time I'll get to the shading phase, hopefully that'll be more fun to me.

well, at y art class it's more like the teach brings printed photos and paintings with her, and then we copy it

For now I only have one work: a portrait of an old man drawn in pencil. I don't knoe how to feel about it, I think it's a fail *sighs*

btw, GASP!! In the newest Riders of Berk ep Hiccup meets a girl and starts to fall in love with her and Astrid gets left behind! O: At least that's what wiki says, but the ep comes out only on the 14th! D: I'm gonna die from waiting too looooong! Dx

If you read my journal, you'll discover that I'm pretty much in the same boat. Now I need to go eat smth and maybe read some more Moby Dick. I swear thee, I hast started speaking not unlike a Quaker in both my dreams and waking thoughts. It is unsettling yet welcome as it means I hast at least comprehended a bit of the Great American Novel... Now, 400 more pages until Friday morrow... Dx
